Kim Gaddy

Kim Gaddy is currently engaged as an analyst supporting several different research initiatives at the Utility Analytics Institute and Energy Central. Previously, Kim held the position of senior director, client solutions for Vertex Business Services where her responsibilities ranged from product/services strategy development to the formation and management of strategic partnerships to business development. She has expertise in advanced analytics, demand side management, and customer management services. Kim has over 20 years of experience in the utilities and telecommunications sectors. Earlier in her career, Kim held leadership positions at AT&T in product management, regulatory affairs and sales. She holds a BBA from Texas Tech University and an MBA from St. Edward's University.
